Your Dune Scissors come with 1 free sharpening without time limit. We offer you 2 options to use your warranty.

Our workshop will be closed from December 20, 2024 until January 05, 2025. We won't be able to receive or process any shipment between these dates. Thank you for your understanding.

To know more about the warranty of your scissors, please input the serial number of the scissors you would like to send us.



The serial number is engraved on your Dune scissors.

DIRECT WORKSHOP RETURN
This is the best solution if : you are in a hurry

You send us directly your scissors and we will send them back at the salon address stored in your profile.

Once your scissors received at our workshop, the average processing time is between 15 to 20 days return included.

An amount of euros (Tax Included) will be billed for the return fees.

RETURN THROUGH YOUR DISTRIBUTOR
This is the bet solution if : You are not in a hurry

Your distributor will collect your scissors and send it to us. Once serviced, we will send your scissors back to your your distributor. This is a service provided by your Dune distributor. Average processing time is between 1 to 2 months.
